Ana Lucao

Ana Lucão is an afrodiasporic poetess, dancer and social worker. She studied speech pedagogy and the art of storytelling in social work and is very passionate about fusing social work and her art. Ana Lucão believes that having an artistic outlet is essential for marginalized bodies and centers her art around intersectionality and being a child of the diaspora with a multilingual identity concept. She has performed on various stages and has published one of her texts in “Sisters and Souls 2” published by Natasha A. Kelly.
