Andra Nikolayi aka Amber Amber aka Opal Opal makes wide moves across the sonic spectrum - from ecstatic house and disco anthems to textured ambient explorations and post-internet aesthetics.

As Opal Opal, zir second dj alias, ze explores an ever-expanding musical universe of bass, post-club beats and booty music of all eras and genres. Active for over a decade in Paris, Amsterdam and Bucharest, for 3 years ze ran Saint Hollywood at Control Club, a monthly free-form queer gathering showcasing local and international talent from a growing underground community, with notable guest such as Aquarian, Kiernan Laveaux, Suzanne Kraft and DJ Fettburger.

Had guest radio residencies on HKCR and Ma3azef.

Notable pandemic gigs include Simultan Festival (Timisoara), Manta (Lisbon), gay institution Q Club in Bucharest, Koncept Space (Sofia) and the drag brunch Heel's Kitchen of legendary Lyon crew Le Consoeurtium, as well as creating a mix for Sonic Territories festival in Vienna. Ze also recently played Globus and Disco Tehran.
