adhdiva is a Berlin/ Frankfurt-based artist with Turkish roots whose music moves fluidly between club energy and more experimental sounds. As part of Berlin’s FLINTA collective Layers, she’s part of a community focused on creating inclusive spaces for FLINTA*. True to her name, her sets change depending on her mood, whether she’s in an extroverted or introspective phase. In her club sets she mixes lots of breaks, Latin bass, dembow, and arabesk, while her more introspective side comes through in tracks that layer dub, melancholic, and distorted sounds with samples from Turkish and Arabic folk/pop music. She appreciates unpredictability and impulsiveness in songs.
