ABS8LUTE is a French DJ and music activist known for her hypnotic and percussive techno style. She draws from her Caribbean heritage the ability to create a unique multi-layered primitive atmosphere with an irresistible groove that won’t give the dancers any rest. Her influence extends beyond the clubs as she is a strong advocate for the representation of women and minorities in electronic music. She founded the Vénus Club, a feminist collective promoting FLINTA DJs and gives DJ workshops to empower marginalized communities. She is also one of the Artistic Director of the forward-thinking Parisian collective Kluster. Her distinctive rhythmic approach has secured her a place on impressive line-ups as well as regular appearances at notorious Berghain.
