Radio Calais

With Radio Calais

Recent months have seen Radio Calais having more news to cover than we possibly could in the time we have whilst giving the events the proper coverage that they deserve, and this month is no different.

We are, of course, going to talk about the border violence which has caused boats to capsize off the coast of Greece. And we have a local Brighton focus, following up on the missing children from a Refugee Hotel. Many had begun their journey from Albania. So we’ll be continuing our ‘Why do people come here?’ series, which was never our question so we’ve changed it to “why are people on the move?”. Albania, this month. Cate has updates about UK border policy and a recent success against it. But, first Radio Calais’ attention turns to those travelling from Libya to Greece.
