This episode Ella Victoria is joined by Aureen, the owner of gluten-free artisan bakery Oshione. She is part Filipino part Nigerian and has called Berlin home for 10 years. After dealing with gluten intolerances herself, Aureen left her office job and took to the Berlin market stalls to sell homemade gluten-free banana bread. She has since opened a bakery on Katzbachstraße where she hires and trains people with good work ethics rather than qualifications.
