female:pressure | Maze DK

A monthly hour of music by members of the female:pressure community, operating between and on the border of various genres in electronic music.

Maze DK is a Polish DJ and producer who lives and creates music in Berlin. Her sets are dark, fast and hard with a relentless beat but more than anything based around the industrial sounds of broken machinery with an acid sprinkle on top. However, for this show she decided to play with different sounds and take all of us on a groovy journey through dark disco and italo with a bit of EBM to spice things up. As an artist, she is an active member of the community collaborating with feminist and queer collectives and creating her own initiatives which include a new dark and industrial techno event series called High and Crush which supports women, trans and non-binary DJs.
