Nadia Wise

Nadia Wise is a DJ, promoter, life-long record collector and digger from London. Now based in Berlin, she's been collecting records for over 20 years, with a special interest in the obscure, forgotten and otherworldly. Deeply rooted in music from the 80s/90s, her eclectic sets push a wide spectrum; an in-your-face lesson in geography and history, hyperactively excavated from the furthest of corners.

And the further she pushes those corners, the further they go. As comfortable with the swamp-like psychedelia of Dub as with the enlightening beam of 80’s Christian Boogie, her eclectic selections clash and contrast each other, albeit with an attention to detail and sweetness that somehow glues it all together. Beyond this, the music simply makes you want to dance.
