Sophoula

Souphoula (she/they) is a baby of the Greek diaspora, living between Athens and Meanjin on unceded Jagera and Turrbal lands. Through the music of Mediterranean cultures, Souphoula connects, reconnects and conjures a world of garlic, seawater, drama, gods above and below, back hair, olive oil, war, cigarettes, flowering sage, creatures, economic crises, migrations, fresh feta and family.
