Lenaya feels at home in a big variety of genres - as a DJ she finds herself in Jungle, Drum & Bass, Booty Bass, Footwork, Breakbeat and Dub, which she was able to pursue thanks to FemmeBassMafia. As a radiohost she likes to dive into different genres musically, socioculturally and historically. For her, addressing the roots of genres and musical in general is a necessary consequence due to her political acitvism and her understanding of what it means to listen to music consciously.
