Along with serious selections from an eclectic record collection of several years digging, Kate’s DJ sets are also influenced from cutting her cheeks on the dance floor as a fellow punter too. After working at a local independent record store (Plates) and for a leading independent record label (Ninja Tune), her focus since leaving these has been on studies and her own productions. For a few years, she has found herself slowly making a presence on the circuit at parties, mastering the skill of warmups and guesting on radio shows both in London and Berlin. Originally from Nottingham in the UK, her vibrant, pumping and energetic sets boast her love for the music and often elegantly and hypnotically swings from one genre and delves into another.
