Glyn Bigga Bush

Glyn Bigga Bush is a musician, DJ and producer based in Dorset, originally half of Rockers Hi Fi, now making music as the Magic Drum Orchestra, Lightning Head and BiggaBush on the Tru Thoughts label.

His influences range from afrobeat, dub and funk to library music and soundtracks as well as early hip hop, electronic music, Bollywood, Latin and jazz. His DJ sets take in these styles as well as unearthing unusual versions, mashups and re-edits with an emphasis on percussion and grooves. He has remixed many artists including Keleketla! (Coldcut), Hot 8 Brass Band, Ennio Morricone, Radioactiveman, Benjamin Zepheniah as well as a collaborated with the late Tony Allen.
