Bertie is an Australian based DJ, Producer, Radio Host and Event Curator known for her groovy mix of house, disco, prog, downtempo and deeper and darker dance music realms. Her musical journeys are exactly that; a guided exploration from start to finish. A fusion of percussive beats, acidic motifs, euphoric highlights, and groovy undertakings. The result is a synergistically uplifting experience designed to get you up and moving.

It’s this curated sound that has seen her perform regularly across her home town of Naarm/Melbourne, invited to some of Australia’s biggest festivals including Strawberry Fields, Pitch Music & Arts, Sugar Mountain, Gaytimes, and Beyond the Valley, and support the likes of CC:DISCO, Kornél Kovács, Leon Vynehall, Brame & Hamo, and Patrick Holland.

Outside of performing she shares her ever-expanding collection of laid back groovers via her show ‘Cup of Bertea’ on Skylab Radio as well as regularly appearing on Hope St Radio. She also produces, with a debut EP set to come out on Phenomena Records later this year. And finally, she co-runs Club Aqueous, a queer-run event series prioritising underrepresented local and international artists.
