Azzeddine

Azzeddine creates immersive worlds on the dancefloor. The Moroccan-born-and-bred, Boston-based DJ, deep-digging selector, and multidisciplinary product designer taps into his broader artistic awareness to curate uniquely engaging aural experiences for music lovers and dancers. His thoughtful selections mix House music, both old and new, soulful and electric, with lush sounds from other genres.

No matter if he’s transitioning between analog and digital, genre and genre, or mood and mood, Azzeddine delivers impressively seamless sets; his smooth mixes arc masterfully, swelling from deep, warm jazz to a party-popping crescendo, and ending in euphoric release. Azzeddine’s travels have brought his soundscapes from Oasis Festival in Marrakech in the company of heavyweights like DJ Bone, Josey Rebelle, Jayda G, and Seth Troxler to the intimate Paloma Bar in Berlin to the airwaves of NTS, Worldwide FM, and The Lot Radio in New York.

In Boston, Azzeddine co-hosts Social Studies, the beloved 11-year-running dance music night that showcases inspiring underground DJs. Since joining party founder Alfredo Rico- Dimas in 2019, Azzeddine’s ear for talent has been instrumental in bringing exciting acts such as Savile, Musclecars, JADALAREIGN, and Livwutang to the city. This celebration of valuable musical experiences is central to Azzeddine’s mission as a DJ.
