Anna Butter is a sound artist and DJ. Her focus lies on experimental music with noises, vocals and deconstructed rhythms. In clubs and radio shows her sets are often accompanied by the usage of live elements like samples and vocals. The atmosphere in her sound is rather dark and mysterious. With her background in fine arts, her live shows as well as dj-sets are often connected to a performative practice.
