Bryony Beynon

Bryony is an educator, writer and music-maker originally from South Wales. She has been playing in, releasing and recording punk bands and writing on outsider music, culture and history for fifteen years, including as a long-time columnist for Maximum Rocknroll. She works as a specialist gendered violence prevention trainer by day, is part of An der Autobahn Collective in Berlin by night and writes a monthly newsletter called The Spiral Times. Bryony ran the labels Dire Records and Muscle Horse, and has founded projects like First Timers, DIY Space for London, and Good Night Out Campaign, a grassroots organisation upskilling nightlife workers, venues and communities to respond to and prevent harm.
